Shipping & Delivery Information

At cottonxl, we strive to provide you with a top-notch shopping experience, ensuring that your package arrives safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

  • We currently ship to all of the United States.

Shipping Methods:

We use the following trusted carriers for delivery:

  • FEDEX

  • UPS

  • USPS

Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $70.

  • For orders under $70, the shipping cost is $9.99 USD.

  • Duty-free, including sales tax.

Processing & Shipping Times:

  • All orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days.

  • For items that are partially handmade, shipping may take 7-15 days longer due to extended processing times.

  • Total estimated delivery time: 15-25 business days (processing + shipping time).

Please note: Shipping time does not include the processing time.

Important Notes for Delivery:

  • Make sure to provide a detailed delivery address, including your street number. Incomplete addresses may cause delays, and our customer service team will reach out to you.

  • After shipping, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive it or the tracking number doesn’t work, don’t worry! Just contact us, and we’ll assist you.

Delivery Requirements:

  • Upon receipt, carefully check the package. If you find any damage or missing items, please contact us immediately with relevant proof within 24 hours.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 30 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number at support@cottonxl.com, and we’ll investigate.

After-Sales Service:

  • If your product is damaged or missing due to shipping issues, we will offer a refund based on the situation. Please contact our customer service team right away for assistance.

Taxes & Customs Information:

  • Duty-Free – All products are tax-free, including sales tax. This means you won’t incur any additional sales tax fees during checkout.

  • Customs Fees & Taxes – Duties and taxes are included in the product price, and the determination of these fees is handled by the customs authorities in the destination country. These charges are calculated based on the value of your order and the duty-free threshold for your country.

  • If your package is refused at customs, you will be responsible for any associated costs, including return fees. Refunds for refused international shipments will be issued after deducting those fees.

  • Customs Delays – Any delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control. If your package is held by customs, please reach out to your local customs authorities to check the status of your shipment.
